How long are my seats held?

20 minutes. Upload your proof of payment before the timer ends. Once we receive it, your seats stay reserved until our team verifies the payment.

How do I know my seats are confirmed?

We email a seat confirmation with your QR pass after a volunteer verifies your payment. The booking page also updates.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment is by QR code or bank transfer. The details appear after you hold your seats.

Can I get a refund?

Please read the refund policy. This is a fundraising event and refund terms are set by the organizers.
